You are under pressure to add quality, depth and breadth to your Learning & Development programmes. You also really hope that you don't subject your colleagues to training days, experiences and facilitators that, at best, make you look like a complete sadist, and at worst put people off the notion of learning in the workplace.
To add to your worries, you have to design course content and programmes that fit nicely within your organisational structure and the objectives of the 'powers that be'.
